Who Said?

I want to know who said that this girl could turn 8.  Who said she could be so cute and funny and talented and grown up?  Who said she could be almost done with 2nd Grade?  Who said she could be riding a bike and just learning so much to be more and more independent?  Who said she could have such strong opinions about clothes and how her hair looks?  Who said she could read whole books and be a good artist and be so excited about learning to play piano?  Do you know?  All I know is that it was not me...I think.
