The last couple of weeks Matt and I have gone crazy with painting. We love our new green wall. I love the Faith, Hope and Charity plaques, I had so much fun making them. My poor kids were ignored for two days while I got them done, but I love seeing them up on my wall. We got our bedroom half way painted and changed our minds on the color. It has been fun but a lot of work. We did alot of reorganizing too, so we have been busy.

Fun With Butterflies

It was my friend Brittney's birthday a couple of weeks ago so we took the kids to the Butterfly Pavilion for a fun day. We had a lot of fun. Eden loved the butterflies. Larke had a butterfly land on her and freaked out. I felt sorry for her, but I couldn't help laughing a little bit. Kaitlin was very brave and held the tarantella first. Good job Kaitlin! Kaitlin loved touching the star fish. We all had such a good time.

Christmas #2

We had alot of fun with the Jones Family. We played games, visited, played with the Cricut, puzzled and ate alot of good food. Matt's parents took the kids to Home Depot's building with kids class which they all loved. Joy made the girls beautiful dress up dresses which they love. The kids got to have a sleep over with their cousins, a definite highlight. It was a relaxing and fun trip all around. Safe to say we got very spoiled on both sides. Christmas #1

Now that it is officially more than a month after Christmas I am finally caught up on my life enough to blog a little bit. We traveled on Christmas Eve to Utah and enjoyed the 1st half of our trip at my parents home. We had alot of fun exchanging gifts. Apparently Matt got the best presents because his are the only ones we really got pictures of. I love Rush wearing the Terminator helmet. One of our most fun experiences was watching our kids play with their cousins non-stop. One evening they decided to have fun with the new ottoman my brother Vernon bought. They slid across the top. Macyn got brave and did some fairly impressive flips and cartwheels off of it. I got to visit many of my siblings which is always wonderful. We forced everyone to do our puzzle with us. We lost one piece which somehow was found in my brother's pocket. Fishy, don't you think. He swears it was an accident. We had alot of fun playing with Matt's magnets that he got for Christmas. Larke and Eden ask alot to play with them still. It was such a fun trip. Thanks to Mom and Dad and Vernon and Shelly for putting up with us.
